Summit+

Summit+ is the perfect combination of Strength and Cardio in a class format. Offered exclusively on Wednesdays, the format is simple: Strength/Power work followed by an effective Cardio Conditioning workout (MetCon). You can expect straightforward exercises that you can scale up or down as needed, a challenging cardio workout, and expert coach guidance.
In an effort to offer an additional day of Strength work for our athletes, we added this class to our schedule as a great pairing with Strength+ or Power+ throughout the week.

Power+

Power+ is a fantastic blend of Cardio Conditioning, Endurance, Dynamic Movement, Power, and Agility. You can expect a solid cardiovascular challenge, fun and varied formats that are different each day, and a good bit of sweat! We will often incorporate functional stability work between cardio bouts. Feeling a bit de-conditioned? Or that your endurance needs some work? This is the class for you. Expert coaching and the ability to scale the workout up or down delivers a great workout for any ability level.

Strength+

Strength+ is the best way to develop a well-rounded and resilient body. With functional exercises designed to strengthen tendons and stabilizing muscles incorporated directly into these workouts, you’ll build real full body strength while giving your joints a bit of TLC as well. You can expect fun varied formats that are different each day that include squats, deadlifts, pulling, pressing, functional movements and plenty of core exercises that transfer directly to life and mountain sports deliver a comprehensive strength training workout. Expert coaching and the ability to scale the workout up or down delivers a great workout for any ability level.
