NEW FACES, NEW COACHES!
So any new faces at Trailhead! Whether you meet someone new in class or in front of class give them a warm Trailhead welcome! Here’s a new trainer face! We are excited to welcome Cathy to our team.
Here’s a little bit about our awesome new teammate.
I graduated from Western Washington University in 2006 with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science and spent the past 13 years working as a Wellness Specialist for The Boeing Company. I recently moved back to Bellingham with my husband and two kids, age five and two and a half. I love to be outdoors, especially on my mountain bike and I’ve spent a number of years racing bikes in various disciplines. I also enjoy hiking, backpacking and do a bit of backcountry skiing and mountaineering when time and life allows. I look forward to working with the Trailhead community
Class size will be remain at 10 people to continue safe spacing.

DID SOMEONE SAY MASSAGE???!
There are a few awesome things you can do to supplement your workouts at Trailhead. Many of those things are the reason that you chose Trailhead as your workout facility in the first place (think skiing, riding, epic trail runs!) but what about that self-care stuff that also feels great? Well, we are stoked to announce that Pip Forrest, LMT of Mountain Sport Massage will be joining us in the Trailhead space beginning this August.
Pip loves all the outdoor things that you do and knows how an active body can feel after some of those pursuits, especially when coupled with things like a day at the computer. Welcome, Pip!
Before moving to Bellingham I was co-owner of Body & Soul Health and Fitness in Vancouver, BC (Vancouver’s largest studio). With several personal training certifications (ACE, ACSM, BCRPA) and 20 years of professional training experience, I expanded my knowledge base from competitive cycling and took a certification as a USCF Expert Level cycling coach & and run both group and individual mountain bike workshops each year.
