Personal training at Trailhead Athletics is just that – personal. Sessions are specifically designed to meet your personal fitness requirements, limitations and goals. All of our training begins with a fitness assessment to develop a clear starting point and to set short-term and long-term training goals. Train exclusively 1on1 or train as a supplement to our group classes. We also welcome couples or friends to train together!

Compass Consultation
A requirement for most new Trailheaders, the Compass is a 1on1 training session that sets the direction for your training. We cover all the movement patterns and techniques required to feel more confident in our group classes or help design the best possible personal training program.
You are welcome to try a FREE group class first to see if Trailhead is for you, but your next step should be your Compass. Not only does this session provide you with an overview of our training style, but it also allows us to provide you with valuable feedback about your fitness, movement, training goals, and how we can help you achieve them.
- MOVEMENT SCREEN + GOAL SETTING : During your consult, your coach will guide you through a comprehensive movement screen to better understand how you move, your strengths, and where we need to focus our training. We’ll then set some realistic short term and long term goals.
- MAKE A PLAN: Before we wrap up, your coach will help you make a solid plan of action that you can start right away, as well as help you decide which training option is best for you.
