You work hard & that’s why you train at Trailhead. We will always encourage you, challenge you, teach you and push you, but we don’t need to keep score on a board to do that. Join us for FAST classes that challenge your full body – heart, lungs and limbs, STRENGTH+ with a focus on skill building and technique or YOGA to reset and balance.

YOGA Comes to Trailhead!
We are very excited to introduce Brooke Wertz to our team! Our class offerings will evolve but look for a wonderful wake-up Mon and Wed mornings at 5am, Mon and Wed evenings at 6:30pm, each for 45min. This special Power Yoga series will focus on lengthening & opening, a true complement to your whole-body performance.
Brooke facilitates every student in maintaining their healthy bodies through focused, lively classes. Brooke studied Batiste inspired Power Yoga at Power Yoga Academy and is a 200 RYT.teaching to students particular interests, building endurance for sports, healing through injury and diagnosis, and finding comfort for all body types. She brings 16 years of Power and Ashtanga practice, 14 years as an elementary teacher, an interest in anatomy and physiology, and her love for learning, mountain biking, skiing, travel, and adventure. Brooke’s passion for and understanding of the healing and possibilities yoga offers has grown through sports, injuries, childbirth, and breast cancer treatment. Woven through each class is Brooke’s acceptance, determination, compassion, and playful spirit. Brooke encourages joy and limitlessness for all!

Welcome Dr. Adam Phaneuf, DC
Another new face you might see around Trailhead is Adam. Adam offers a variety
of treatment approaches that work in conjunction with one another to provide improved range of motion, strength, and coordination, which ultimately translates into reduced pain and improved movement.
