2. Volunteer outside 2x

3. Reach a peak (think big…)

4. Ride somewhere or something new (wheels edition)

5. Ride somewhere or something new (waves edition)

6. Ride somewhere or something new (snow edition)

7. Set and complete a trailhead benchmark item (Pushups, 50kb+hill,5rm squats, PullUps…)

8. Set and complete a personal fitness bhag

9. Enter a race or organized athletic event

10. Complete one or all TH Outdoor Challenges:

  1. MTB ride (cougar ridge loop)
  2. Hike/Climb (grouse grind<50min)
  3. Trail run (Galbraith spelling bee)
