What an accomplishment! What do you get?
The satisfaction of completing some great challenges, a fun year of new adventures and a Trailhead Challenge T Shirt! (to win the T you must complete at least 6 items on the list)

Can I do it myself or with some Trailhead friends?
Challenges are always more fun with friends but take part any way you like! Use the Trailhead FB page to post comments, photos and to find friends to play with

When do I have to finish?
The Challenge ends by our Thanksgiving Break

Trailhead Challenge List

1. GO SWIMMING IN A WHATCOM COUNTY LAKE

2. COMPLETE ONE ORGANIZED RACE OF SOME KIND
(trail run, 5k, mountain bike, cyclocross, ski loppet…)

3. MTN BIKE THE TRAILHEAD TRIPLE
(route provided. Ask your trainer)

4. RIDE GLACIER TO ARTIST’S POINT & BACK
(a late summer favorite)

5. VOLUNTEER FOR A CAUSE THAT PROMOTES OR PROTECTS THE OUTDOORS
(pick up a bag of garbage from the beach, get out for a salmon habitat restoration project etc.)

6. DO ONE TRAILHEAD TRAIL WORK DAY
(We are sponsoring a trail called “2 1/2” on Galbraith and we need your help to make it awesome for running and riding use all year. We will post several works days over the year)

7. COMPLETE ONE CLASSIC CASCADE HIKE
(anything big along 542 or Hwy 20 for example)

8. DO A 3 SPORT DAY!

9. ACHIEVE A PERSONAL FITNESS BHAG!
(let us know what it is, we can help)

10. RIDE A HUNDO
(no that’s not hound spelled wrong, it’s a long way on your bike)

11. DO AN OUTDOOR ADVENTURE SOMEWHERE YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN
(ride, run, hike, paddle, ski…)

12. GET ON THE WATER
(kayak, row, canoe)
