Coaching Philosophy and Experience
Fitness is a lifelong journey. I hope to help those who are looking for support in their journey towards improvement. I find helping those who struggle to fit the gym and exercise into their lifestyle find their own inner motivation for movement extremely important. Fitness is a path towards longer and happier days through the celebration of health.
I graduated with my B.S. in Kinesiology with a sports psych specialization in 2019. I have been a certified personal trainer and group class instructor since 2018 working with athletes to meet their strength and fitness goals. I have also coached martial arts since 2018 having more experience working with youth ages 5-13.
The Rad Stuff!
Alongside coaching, I competed in martial arts between 2018 and 2022. My main focus in my current fitness journey is in the weight room, working on increasing PR's while maintaining pain-free movement and riding my road bike around town.
