Program Description
The OnRamp Program is delivered via 5 one-on-one sessions with a coach. Each session includes 35min of learning foundational movements, 10min of conditioning/cardio, and 15min of education about healthy habits that will support your success in the gym and over your lifetime.
OnRamp provides in-depth preparation and coaching to get you ready for Trailhead classes. This is a great way to soft-start your fitness journey with plenty of guidance and less of the intimidation that comes with jumping directly into group classes. Your coach will teach you foundational movement skills, help you understand the workout formats, and ensure you know what to expect on your first day of classes.
